Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Dance Instructor to join our team. As a Dance Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching various dance styles to students of all ages and skill levels. Your role will involve creating engaging lesson plans, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement dance curriculum that aligns with the needs and goals of the students
- Teach dance techniques, choreography, and routines to individuals or groups
- Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to ensure students understand and execute dance moves correctly
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages creativity, self-expression, and confidence
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to plan performances, recitals, or competitions
- Ensure the safety of students by enforcing studio policies and maintaining a clean and organized dance space
- Stay up-to-date with current dance trends, techniques, and industry developments

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Dance Instructor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of various dance styles such as ballet, jazz, hip-hop, contemporary, etc.
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom setting and engage students of different ages and skill levels
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear instructions and constructive feedback
- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs is a plus
- Proficiency in curriculum development is preferred
- A passion for dance and the ability to inspire others through teaching
